Are you ready to tone and increase strength? Not everyday should be a cardio day! Total Body Sculpt is a full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. I designed challenging exercises and paired them with a goal to increase strength, decrease body fat, and improve overall conditioning

Core and Mobility

This express class combine principles of yoga, breathing techniques, stretching, joint mobility, and balance for a refreshing, full-body experience. The addition of core exercises not only pairs nicely with this work but it allows our body to increase strength, mobility, and flexibility.
