Kickboxing Tabata Tone

Get ready for the best of both! 4 minute bodyweight tabata rounds paired with 4 minutes of strength training. Each strength training round will include one separate lower and upper body exercise before pairing the 2 together. One minute of core work will round out each strength training circuit.
