The “foam” in the class title stands for foam rolling, a type of self-myofascial release, and a fitness technique with many benefits. Foam rolling can increase blood flow, improve flexibility, reduce muscle soreness, and decrease injury risks associated with other types of exercise. This class will also utilize static stretching for a workout that will leave you feeling lengthened, relaxed, and ready for your next fitness challenge.
