Engage your core muscles throughout the full range of motion of an exercise while introducing a balance challenge. The long, graceful movements are also a good way to increase flexibility. I will walk you through a series of combinations that will strengthen and challenge your entire body. This is a low impact workout. You’ll need gliders or a set of small towels, frisbees, etc along with a light set of dumbbells (1-3 lbs)
