In this kickboxing class, we will combine weights with kickboxing moves to create fun and challenging combination. Each kickboxing segment is paired with a mini band segment that will focus on core, stability, and strength. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced alike. You can expect to build stamina and improve coordination and flexibility. Further, you will burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout
