In this class, our goal is to guide you towards a leaner, stronger, and healthier body.  This low impact workout aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates moves tend to target the core, although the exercises work other areas of your body as well.

6 am Pilates Barre

This kick-butt bootcamp class works your entire body, from your glutes to your biceps. I will guide you through compound exercises designed to work multiple body parts simultaneously for max calorie burn! Expect to sweat - a lot! I'll be here to coach you through it.
