Tabata is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program to help increase endurance and performance. Tabata is a highly efficient method helping you burn fat and build muscles. Tabata training works in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. 45 minutes will fly by as I guide you through 8 rounds of tabata intervals! I will combine bodyweight moves and drills that will raise your heart towards its max. Get ready to have fun, while experiencing a real challenge. And it won’t matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced member, I’ll provide modifications to meet your fitness needs!
