Best cardio workout EVER! In this cardio kickboxing class, we will combine martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio paired with short segments with the resistance bands to build strength and mobility. It’s the perfect combination. This high energy workout challenges the beginner and advanced alike. You can expect to build stamina and improve coordination and flexibility.
