This kick-butt class works your entire body, from your glutes to your biceps. You can expect to move through 15 different exercises each for 1 minute with 20 seconds of recovery between exercises. I will guide you through compound exercises designed to work multiple body parts simultaneously. This paired with core and bodyweight exercises is the ultimate burn! Expect to sweat – a lot! I’ll be here to coach you through it.
