Your body will continue to burn calories after this 35 minute HIIT class! This is a total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Here’s the structure…..Supersets…2 exercises….one strength one power. You’ll do 30 seconds of each for 3 rounds followed by a minute of core work. This workout will fly by and work the entire body!
