Tabata is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program to help increase endurance and performance and burn fat and build muscles. This tabata with extra spice has a kickboxing flair. Tabata training works in 20 second intervals of high intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, and repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. 45 minutes will fly by as I guide you through 8 rounds of tabata intervals! I will combine bodyweight moves and drills that will raise your heart towards its max. Get ready to have fun, while experiencing a real challenge. And it won’t matter if you’re a beginner or an advanced member, I’ll provide modifications to meet your fitness needs!
