Your body will continue to burn calories after this HIIT class! This is a total body aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body and improve your endurance. Each superset is followed by a minute of core focused work. The workout concludes with a cooldown and short mobility flow
