In this class you’ll learn the fundamentals of a yoga flow that will allow you to begin your yoga practice, start to grow in your own personal practice, and flourish in other classes. Never tried yoga? A beginning? Are you a seasoned yogi? This class is for all! During each class, I will guide you through poses that you’re likely to see in other classes, but can become more advanced at your own pace. You’ll learn to be more mindful of your breath, linking it to each movement, and become more mindful of your overall being and state of mind
