Yin and Nidra

In this session through practicing Yin and Yoga Nidra, you will shed any old and unwanted layers to make space for the renewal, growth and expansion that the spring season brings. Yin Yoga consists of gentle postures that you will hold for minutes at a time to lubricate the joints, settle the nervous system, and create space in the body for stagnant energy (sometimes referred to as prana or chi) to move freely through the body. Yoga Nidra is a “yogic sleep” where I will guide you through effortless relaxation to restore and rejuvenate the body and mind.
