Kickboxing Tabata Tone

This class combines tabata circuits with strength training. You can expect 4 blocks. Each contains a tabata round followed by 1 minute of a lower body exercise, 1 minute of an upper body exercise, 1 minute of combining those 2 previous exercises. Each block will conclude with 1 minute of core.
