ABC (Arms, Booty, and Core)

No shoes required! Get back to the ABCs of exercise!  This class will provide a great way to get back into your exercise routine while combining the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements.  We’ll use bodyweight along with light dumbbells to perform a series of continuous movements to target every muscle while moving with great tunes!
