This kick-butt bootcamp class works your entire body, from your glutes to your biceps. I will guide you through compound exercises designed to work multiple body parts simultaneously for max calorie burn! Some exercises will incorporate weights while others will be bodyweight focused. Expect to sweat – a lot! I’ll be here to coach you through it.
