Exercise Tips that can Cure Rheumatism

Rheumatism is a terrible ailment of the bones, that makes these weak and suffering from it can be a rather awful thing irrespective of whether you are in your youth or old age. There are some useful exercise tips which you can keep in mind if you want to treat your rheumatism in a successful manner.

Perform Some Finger Exercises frequently in the Day
Stretch your fingers outwards and pull them inwards five to six times in every three to four hours in order to cure your rheumatism. By doing so, you will be giving strength to your fingers making these agile.

Go for Long Walks preferably in the Morning Hours
Go for a long walk once in the day at least. Make sure to walk for one hour at least if not for longer than that. The more you walk, the more strength you will be giving to your muscles and your bones rather than allowing these to remain weak.

Perform Sit Up’s Seven to Eight Times in a Day for Several Days in a Week
Sit up and down seven to eight times on a continuous basis. You can perform this exercise by sitting on your bed rather than on the floor, which would be too difficult if you have rheumatism. Make sure to do this exercise three to four times in a week for best results.

Thus, if the above mentioned exercises are implemented on a daily basis by you, you will find your rheumatism causing you less pain and suffering than it was.
