Remember, no exercise pays off well if you are hitting the gym grumpily, thinking about the physical exertion and exhaustion. Exercise doesn’t mean spending long hours at the gym and relying on the crash diet. Exercise must be a pleasure, rather than a compulsion or obligation. A 10-minute workout can also be of great help. Experts say that moderate exercising, say for 30-minutes or so, can be really effective in ensuring a good state of physical and mental health. What need to be avoided are long and recurring periods of stagnancy or inactivity. Even if you have a desk job, make sure to move your body recurrently, either by walking down the stairs instead of using elevators, or roaming the corridors while chatting on a phone call. Have breakfast, chew your food nicely, prefer smaller meals, say no to overeating and drink more water to keep you fit and lively. Avoid juices and have fresh fruits. Go for vegan diet after a few course of time.
