Exercises you should do if you spend a lot of time in front of a computer
Many people have jobs related to computers. This means they sit in front of a computer up to 10 hours a day! On the other side, children spend a lot of time playing computer games as well. Teenagers use social media and other types of computer related fun. Sadly, our body was designed to live in the forests and wild! Sitting all day is bad, especially for your back! According to one research, people who seat more than 3 hours a day, lose 2 hours of their life every day.
The only thing you can do, to prevent this, is to quit your job, which is impossible! The second way that you can use in order to reduce symptoms are exercises. There are no some special exercises for people who sit 10 hours a day, but you can use several combined that will help you. You should know that you need only 25-30 minutes a day to workout! Even less if you don’t want to do all exercises.
The best exercises you can do is just walking, or even better jogging. It doesn’t have to be long and fast, you only need 10 minutes a day. Jogging will make your abdominal muscle stronger, and they are under pressure when you sit. The other exercise you should do is one of many exercises designed for your back. You can use pull ups, but I recommend some exercise at the gym. Because your eyes get tired from looking at the computer screen, go walking through the park. Green color is good for them!
