Celebrity workouts

Today when we have social networks at every turn, it is not so easy to avoid all those pictures of celebrities and their workout routine.
Few years ago it was completely normal to keep your privacy to yourself, but these days it seems like exercising “in public” is getting more and more popular.
Today if you are not fit enough, it’s like you don’t belong anywhere, so celebrities are doing everything they can to stay in shape. They don’t ask about the money or other conditions, to them being in shape and attractive is everything.

No wonder they are obsessed with that, when now you can see different bootcamps for losing weight or different fitness programs along with nutrition plans and fitness trainers simply know who will buy their “products” – celebrities of course.
For example, some of you have probably heard about Gunner Peterson, he is a personal trainer and he’s been working with many celebrities, such as Jennifer Lopez, Sofia Vergara and now Khloe Kardashian.
Don’t get your hopes up, because if you think that you can easily afford him, you are deadly wrong.
This fitness trainer will “give” you a perfect body for “petty” 15,000 US dollars.

Then if you want to look like one of the hottest celebrities today, Rihanna, you have to give a lot of money.
It is obviously not so cheap to look good. Allegedly she spends around 840,000 US dollars a year to keep her curvaceous body in shape, which is around 16,000 US dollars a week.
So when you think about the price, it is better to give up. Of course we are joking, don’t, because we are pretty sure that you can have a perfect body without spending too much money.
Just eat right and exercise.
