They can help design a program for you that will help you gain weight, lose weight, become more muscular and toned or to become more fit. These trainers and advisors can help you set a goal, give you the support you need to stay with the program and, give you motivation.

Meeting Others:  You can meet others are at the gym for the same reasons as you, and they can also motivate you. It is more enjoyable to exercise with a friend than to do it on your own.

Relieving Stress: Did you know that joining a gym is a great stress reliever? There have been many studies that show working out in a gym can reduce stress. It is because the body creates endorphins that help to combat stress.

Learn from Others: The gym employees can teach you how to properly use the equipment and the other gym clients can teach you what they have learned as well.
