We are Teen, We are Free

Problems are bombarded on a girl when she steps out of her childhood to teenage. The major problem a girl start facing is the change in her body structure. The body structure of girl changes from head to toe, leaving her in extreme pain and tension. There is the random and frequent change in your figure during this age, and it is not so difficult to achieve a good figure.

There are some important things on which a girl should work during this period.
You are as swift as a squirrel 

Make sure you are not spending your whole time at home, doing nothing productive. Go out with your friends for cycling and exercise as much as you can. There is a proverb “You have to reap the fruit for the seed you are sowing now”. The more you workout, the more positive results you will get.

You are far much away from all junkies
So, this is the most important thing that you don’t prefer junk food. This is the age of getting pimples and they leave a remark on your face, which looks bad as you grow up. So, don’t let pimples hit your face by not eating junk and unhealthy food. 
Periods? Still, I am fit

Don’t ever scare from your monthly date, as one should not compromise with her fitness. Stress causes the problem during the menstrual time and it can continue that for your whole life. Feel free and relaxed during this time and follow all the precautions prescribed by the doctor.
