No dietician or fitness trainer will commit to you that you can lose weight as easy as that, but if you got the right perseverance, you have surpassed the first step. If you have a medium to large build, you can start trimming down by reducing carbs in your every meal. You can always put a substitute to that, remember that six small meals a day can help you lose weight if you stick to it.
A healthy diet is always the best option. Increasing your intake of fruits and vegetables will not make you fat; it will trim unwanted areas of your body and will keep you healthy at the same time. You don’t need to be skinny to prove that you’re ‘in’. Feeling good about your figure is feeling healthy and fresh from the inside. A well-balanced mind and body performs and outwits the odds.
No matter how you take control over your food intake, you have to keep it balance by including a regular exercise in your daily routine. Busy at work? Make at least 30 minutes to 1 hour reserved for your ‘let’s get physical’ thing. There’s a wide variety of group exercise these days and you can choose one or two depending on what suits your interest.
